Consumers have the right to cancel a contract for the purchase of items from Mary’s wild joys within 14 days after placing the order. This includes placing an order online.
If you wish to cancel an order please notify us quoting your name and your order number by email. Following receipt of your notification, we will arrange for you to be refunded. If you cancel your order during this 14 day cooling off period we will refund you the cost of the products and the costs of the delivery upon receiving a receipt of same.
Please note that items must be returned in the original condition and packaging and this includes security seals intact. Please state the reason for the return and provide a copy of your email address and telephone number.
